The below email was sent on 19.12.2022 but no reply yet ! I have just received my order 200012377 Cust. no. 5969 I write to express my disappointment of the product despatched. I accept colours do vary from those seen on a screen to the reality, but this cap is more of a brown with perhaps a navy or even black "B". I am unable to return the product as it is required now as an immediate present and will apologies for it to the recipient, sadly I would have chosen the Blue/Pink version had I thought there might be such a colour variance.
